Stunning Platinum Art Deco 2 Stone Diamond Ring

This stunning Art Deco ring is stylishly different from the majority of other rings, and really stands out as a result! It has two diamonds in it, each weighing approx. 0.70cts, therefore the total weight of diamonds in this ring is approx. 1.40cts. The diamonds are 'mid-cuts' (also known as 'transitional-cuts' and therefore can be dated to the period between the rose-cut and the modern brilliant-cut, namely to approx. the 1930s. Each diamond is set into four-double-claw settings with unusual under-bezels which provide soft-diamond-shaped surrounds to frame the diamonds beautifully. There are a further six small diamonds in this ring, three set into each of the shoulders. This ring looks fabulous on a finger and has all the distinctive signs of a typical Art Deco ring. The ring is white throughout, marked as 'PLAT', and tests as platinum. The overall weight of the ring is approx. 4.3gms. The ring currently fits finger size 'J'/2' (UK).
